The service is friendly & the food is very good. I heartily recommend the grilled halloumi & the corn on the cob

In fact I ended up going to... read more We arrived at noon on a Saturday and found a high table near the front door for the 6 of us. It took a long time for table service. In fact I ended up going to the bar to confirm there was still table service as it was taking so long. We ordered some snacks to start with - chorizo and haloumi. Both yummy but I was starving. A few of us ordered chilli mussels and noticed quite a few of the mussels looked a bit dodgy so avoided eating them and all agreed the serving size seems to have shrunk. The peri chicken was very average so I wouldn't recommend it. We shared the mushroom pizza which was very tasty. Vegetarian nachos were ok. Fremantle is a long way from where I live in the northern suburbs but we like visiting from time to time. I am sure I will return to Little Creatures again in my lifetime as have over the years but I think I will stick to the pizza only. Also I find it frustrating you cannot order from the person who is serving your food. Especially when it takes so long to find the right staff to order from! However always a groovy atmosphere and friendly staff.

There are a few nice vegan options on the menu. I like the margarita pizza or zucchini pizza with the vegan cheese. Beer is nice too. We went back recently to mee... read more Our first visit to Little Creatures was a good few years ago and remember the lack of decent vegan options which was dissapointing. We went back recently to meet friends and it was good to see an improvement with a few vegan options on the menu. The Rosemary Flatbread with an optional extra of hummus was quite nice the bread was actually quite good. The Vegan Burger was missing something, and the Corn Ribs were ok but seemed overpriced to us. Everyone's meals came out at different times and one of the meals didn't arrive until we were about to leave. It was an underwhelming lunch. Would really like to see some more decent vegan options on the menu. Updated from previous review on 2024 01 30
