Among all the hotels I have stayed, this is the first one without these.

The service is great.

Overall: if you need something, just ask. You will get always a better answer than expected.

While it is not a super modern hotel, it is located in the charming... read more We stayed at the Munich Marriott Airport Hotel last week and had a very positive experience. While it is not a super modern hotel, it is located in the charming historic town of Freising with good restaurants, and the hotel in general and the rooms were well maintained and very clean. The hotel also has a nice pool and spa area. What really stood out was the exceptional service. Almost every staff member we encountered was genuinely friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Several people were so outstanding that I was motivated to write this review in their honour... I hope their managers see this. Roska in the breakfast area (from Croatia) was warm and attentive; Irving behind the bar (from Venezuela) was one of the friendliest and most personable bartenders we’ve met; Amofah (from Ghana) was always smiling and extremely efficient; and Veronika at the front desk (from Bavaria) was both hospitable and professional. These team members truly made our stay memorable and are a credit to the Marriott brand. On the downside, the hotel is not very close to the airport (about 15–20 minutes’ drive), and the airport shuttle is not free of charge, even a bit pricey at € 15 or € 30 depending on when you take it.
