Great burgers!! Friendly service too. You order at the counter and pick up your food, it is not brought to your table. Nothing wrong with that, just with noting

I was in town for a day and stumbled upon this place just down the street from my hotel. I tried the 4 Alarm burgers and fries, and they were incredible! I’d rank them among the top three burgers I’ve ever had. Another great feature was the stevia sweetener they offered for those of us who avoid sugar!

I've been to this restaurant about ten times, and I've never had a bad burger. Their burgers are big, messy, and cleverly crafted. I usually go for the 4 Alarm Fire burger, but today I tried the Sweet Smokey BBQ burger. It was fantastic, topped with cheddar cheese, bacon, house-made onion straws, and their special BBQ sauce. If you decide to order it, don't forget to get the spicy ranch on the side. The burger is excellent on its own, but adding the spicy ranch takes it to a whole new level. I also recommend the extra crispy fries. I really enjoy this place, but there are a couple of things that keep me from giving it a perfect rating. For some reason, there was a strange smell throughout the restaurant that almost made me want to eat outside. I couldn't pinpoint what it was, but it wasn't pleasant. Additionally, I'm not a fan of the self-order tablets. While I get that they save resources, I find them inconvenient. I prefer placing my order with a person. That’s just my personal preference. Give it a try yourself—the burgers are fantastic, and the blues rock music in the background adds a lovely touch.

I was in Franklin and didn't look far from where I was. I love a good impossible burger made fresh, right in front of you. And that was exactly what I needed! I added a hard fried egg with some carmelized onions and one side of hand-cut frits and a spicy ranch to dip. Delicious! I'm not much in Franklin, but if I am, I'll be sure and stop again!

Strip mall storefront that?s on the smaller side. Touchscreen ordering system and the grill is right there behind the counter. Ordered a double black and blue burger (blackened seasoning and blue cheese) and a cold Abita Andygator double bock. Burger was good with a generous amount of blue cheese crumble. Tater tots were good. It was almost $30 for a burger and beer and for that price it really needs to be great. Service was prompt, food was hot and fresh but there was really nothing standout about it. Here?s the breakdown: Hot and fresh +1 star; fast and friendly +1 star; generous toppings and sides +1 star; cold beer +1 star. I might go back. They worked hard and made good food but $30 for a burger and beer? The jury is out at this moment.
