This place has so many workers but it takes forever to get your order. There were several people inside complaining about waiting well over an hour for their orders. The foods pretty good.
My son and I came because we were craving chicken wings. When he got his he was pulling the “Daddy it’s gross” thing and I was upset with him and told him to eat it. Soon after I understood why and felt bad. The wings were totally soaked in grease. It was terrible. We threw our wings in the trash and left. I won’t be back!
Not surprised to see other bad reviews about this place. My husband placed an online order last night. Estimated time was 20 min. I arrive at 30 min and approached the girl at the front and started to say “hi I”’ here to pick….” She cut me off and said “give me aMinute” as she proceeds to stare at the computer screen. After 10 min, another girl helped me and told me they were finishing up my order. 20 min passed and I asked if my order was ready. The girl just looked at me and said “we will call your name when it’s ready”. Didn’t even attempt to look or check on the status. The other girl grabbed a bag off the shelf that had been there for awhile and called my name. It had been there the whole time. Grabbed my bag and walked out, and she has the nerve to say “have a good night”. This place is a joke. The worst service I have ever had. Don’t waste your time. And these are the people who want minimum wage raised to $20 and can’t even do their job.
I love chicken wings and fries! Always friendly and take the time to chat when you pick up your order. Wings and fringes are always ingenious and fresh.
This wing stop has some bad customer service. After receiving an incorrect order that I placed online, I called to get the order remade and was required to bring the incorrect food back up which makes since, but when I arrived for the remake still was told to wait another 20 minutes. So I watched them hand out other peoples orders and play on their phone while I stood there for another 45 minutes. All in all, the whole experience took about two hours to get my correct order. On top of all of that I watched my Order sit there for 20 minutes while I asked over and over when it was finally going to be done. If you’re looking for fast service or a reliable staff this isn’t the place. I will never be returning
