If you're not feeling well, the last thing a person wants to do is go back to fix it.

The rest took a dive off the... read more We ordered ToGo since we are traveling for work. While the person who took our order was awesome and the Flatbread was aaamazing!! The rest took a dive off the cliff turn. The broccoli chedar soup was not even luke warm. My French onion soup did not have any cheese or croutons. The cheese is my favorite part! How can you miss the cheese!!! The baguettes we received did not impress either, one was normal size and the second one was half the size. Next time I guess we have to double check that our food was made correctly when that should not be our, the customer's, job. Especially with ToGo orders.

Called and was told by a manager that they outsource to Doordash and food wasn’t picked up. Asked to speak to a manager. It was a manager. Asked when it would be delivered. Was told doordash was unreliable. Suggested I cancel order. Asked if I could be given a store credit for poor service. Was told “corporate doesn’t allow it.” Don’t order delivery from this store!
