We had to wait a moment for fresh fries, and he informed us immediately. He expressed his gratitude and was incredibly polite. They should definitely keep him! We will definitely be back!

I want to give a special shout-out to a young lady named Maria, who usually works at the drive-thru window. She clearly cares about her job and the customers, which is refreshing to see these days!

While we're talking about fast food, the system and the service are outstanding. Be sure to try the Pretzel Bacon Pub Burger before it’s gone! Even though it’s technically a limited-time offer, they just announced its return on the 7th of this month, and I only found out 10 days too late. I had my Pretzel Bacon Pub Burger with double meat, double cheese, and premium toppings, while my wife opted for the original version. I prefer mine, but don't tell her! It’s delicious with those premium toppings—this combination of flavors is amazing: cheese, applewood smoked bacon, smoky honey mustard, warm beer cheese sauce, crispy fried onions, and pickles. What more could you want? Just ask them, and they'll make it happen for you!

It feels like they're not motivated to operate normally. It's disappointing. Additionally, I've had issues with my order at the drive-thru; it seems to be incorrect every single time. This needs to change.
