The staff was friendly, and I appreciated that I could call ahead to place my order so it was ready when I arrived. The price was reasonable, especially compared to other places in Folkestone. The sandwich was generously filled, and I was pleased to see multiple vegetarian options on the menu. I usually have limited choices as a vegetarian, so that was a big plus for me.

The server was unfriendly, moody, and seemed bothered by any requests. Even asking for a napkin seemed to inconvenience her. Overall, there was a complete lack of customer service skills. The combination of overpriced food and rude staff means I won't be returning to this restaurant.

The food is excellent and the staff are lovely; we highly recommend a visit. If you are ever in need of an AHC, we also recommend the excellent service at Abbeywell Vets. Both businesses in Folkestone provide great value!

I think one of the staff members is gluten intolerant, and they're all very helpful if you have any questions.

They also have a great assortment of homemade gluten-free cakes and daily specials. Since it is a sandwich shop, it's worth keeping in mind if you have a particularly strong sensitivity to gluten. I will definitely be returning!
