Haven't had Papa John's in over 20.years. Received a coupon for a free pizza so of course I took advantage. We were satisfied with the quality and experience. It was ready earlier than expected and I did the contactless pick up from car option, ordered and paid online. Everything was simple. We plan to use this location again in the future. What User doesn't like about Papa Johns Pizza:
supply them overcooked, dried pizza with over two centimeters crust then refuse to answer their phones. then they say they never saw it gonit. someone saw it when they cut it and just didn't care. would not even give it back. will never be ordered from here again. View all feedback.
The half of the discs had perhaps one of the five. there was hardly a torf on the pizza so you could say that the amounts are wrong or papa johns pizza is no longer decent.
The young lady claimed to be the manager, no uniform on with a bedtime scarf wrapped on her head. She went from scrolling on her cell phone to kneading my pizza dough no hands washed in between). I asked her for a refund and she told me they couldn?t and they would send me a check in the mail. I told her that would not work for me and I politely asked her to wash her hands and remake my pizza. I explained to her what I witnessed her doing, she then began to sarcastically tell the other employees not to touch their phones before preparing the pizzas. JUST GROSS; not to mention we are in the middle of covid.
I placed my order at 7:07pm. Still have not received it. I tried calling the store multiple times to get a status and I couldn?t get through or even leave a voice message because the voice mail was full for lines 2 and 5. When I finally got someone to pick up they hung up on me. Then I get an email for a survey.. a survey for an order I never received!
It is my intent to support local businesses in my community. My experience with this store was very unpleasant. My online order stated a 31 minute delivery time frame. I called the store several times as my family and I was approaching 1 hour with no pizza. When I addressed my concerns to management, I just received excuses as to the lateness of my order. My pizza came about an hour and 15 minutes later. My pizza had to be warmed in the microwave. I attempted to call the store to no avail. I drove to the store to address my discontent with the manager. I was told that in spite of what was communicated online regarding the estimated time, the store delivery policy is 30 minute to an hour. I will stick with Pizza Hut, Dominoes, and Imo's.
I ordered pizza, received it and one of my pizzas was completely dough. Just not cooked at all. I called and asked for a refund. Marcus was extremely helpful and understanding. Said a refund would post in 3-5 days for the one pizza. Appreciative of the fact that they understood! Only four stars because the pizza was dough. The employees were understanding and did what they could.
