I always get two crunchy beef taco supremes and a beef c... read more The Taco Bell on Wood Avenue is clean and the staff are friendly, but they frequently mess up my order. I always get two crunchy beef taco supremes and a beef chalupa supreme, yet most of the time, I receive regular tacos instead of supremes, which often end up soggy and unappetizing. The chalupa is usually decent, though occasionally the shell is undercooked. Despite these issues, I keep coming back because of its convenient location near my home. Still, the food quality is consistently disappointing, as it quickly becomes soggy. After three years and many attempts, my order is still regularly incorrect, which is both frustrating and unacceptable.

Aside from that, everything was great.

I understand that I shouldn't expect top-notch service from a Taco Bell, but can I at least expect my taco to be in its shell? Half of my taco ended up either i... read more I understand that I shouldn't expect top-notch service from a Taco Bell, but can I at least expect my taco to be in its shell? Half of my taco ended up either in the bag or all over my napkins. It would be great if you could actually wrap the taco properly in the paper instead of just tossing it in the bag hanging out of its wrapper. I’d prefer to eat my taco instead of having it become a mess on my table.

While many of the staff appeared to be going through the motions, one new team member, Antonio, stood out on his first day. He demonstrated remarkable potential!
