I sat at the bar for ten minutes both times before being... read more I have gone there twice now thinking maybe it was just an off night but the service was less than par. I sat at the bar for ten minutes both times before being approached by a bartender for service and when I had finished my beverage it was another 20 mins and my glass turned over before I was asked if I wanted anything else on my second visit. The first visit was marginally better but I left to the restroom and I had covered my food with napkins for flies that were present and they cleared my food while I was gone. Needless to say. It seems if you are not known by the staff and local or holding your AARP card you will not be getting the best of service be warned. The food was OK but I had the wings and they were tough to eat. When I have wings I expect tender pull off the bone with ease. The flavor and seasoning was good though. I enjoyed the oyster shooters they were very big. But experience in general left a bad taste in my mouth.

Server stated she did not care of it was a service animal or not we would not be helped and she continued to ignore us.

The service was great, the... read more Sent here by the hotel staff when our room wasn't ready. We had the sliders and a few beers while we waited. Quintessential dive bar. The service was great, the sliders were very good and the staff entertaining. they also had some games in the back. Would go back if in Florence again.

I got... read more Possibly some of the worst service I've ever experienced. Waiter would not look up and check up on tables as he was more worried about talking to friends. I got a pepsi and it tasted nasty. Either it was flat or the tap had not been cleaned. I asked for a water to replace it and did not recieve it until after i was done with my food. Speaking of the food, I got the seafood platter and the cod was undercooked and slimy and the calamari was overdone. The cocktail sauce also tasted like it was outdated. When we were trying to pay the waiter got into a fight work another customer and started cursing. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
