During our most recent visit, I ordered wings with garlic s... read more We have visited this restaurant a few times and each time we have encountered issues with our meals. During our most recent visit, I ordered wings with garlic sauce on the side, but I was brought boneless wings instead. The sauce was served ice cold and after two attempts, it was finally brought out warm but was greasy. My husband's quesadillas were also cold. The food quality at this restaurant is consistently poor, which has discouraged us from returning. Despite giving it multiple chances, we have decided it is time to move on and dine elsewhere.

I am never disappointed at Applebee's; and, I enjoy my senior discount. I like everything I've had on the menu from burgers, chicken tacos, chicken fingers, etc... read more I am never disappointed at Applebee's; and, I enjoy my senior discount. I like everything I've had on the menu from burgers, chicken tacos, chicken fingers, etc. to Asiago Steak and the Oriental Salad. The desserts are to die for and the drinks--alcoholic and non-alcoholic--are all good. I often get the 2 for $26 dinners to go. Applebee's to go orders are as good as the dinners served in the restaurant. I will continue to frequent Applebee's for special events or if I just don't feel like cooking.

Unfortunately, the server seeme... read more My girlfriend and I arrived at the restaurant on a Sunday night a little after 10 pm, hoping to have some appetizers and drinks. Unfortunately, the server seemed uninterested when we asked if it was too late for appetizers. After a few minutes, we were eventually seated but then waited for 10 minutes without a server coming to our table. Frustrated by the poor attitude and service, we left hungry and disappointed. This was not the first time we experienced such issues at this restaurant. We enjoy the half-priced appetizers and drinks, but the consistently bad service is disheartening. We hope to see improvements in the future.

The "All you can eat"... read more The food at this restaurant is delicious and the atmosphere is clean and family-friendly. However, the service leaves much to be desired. The "All you can eat" option should be called "Ya'll can wait" as there have been multiple instances where I waited over 20 minutes for a simple burger or wings, even when the restaurant was not busy. It seems like they purposely take a long time to serve the food in order to discourage customers from ordering too much. Additionally, asking for condiments can add an extra 10+ minutes to your wait time, or you may have to ask multiple times. It's odd that drinks arrive quickly to keep you hydrated, but no one bothers to clear empty glasses or plates from the table.

Tried for the old celebrity discount since my grad pic is on the wall and has been for the last decade but sadly to no avail. Oh well.
