I went to lunch on Saturday at 11:44. I wanted the new steak, but it wasn't done yet. next I wanted to drink a fountain and was told there was no ice? okay, I have a water. no water in the refrigerator up and a fall warm water was raised from behind. this place was open for more than an hour and was completely unprepared to make business. they're gonna make one fall and fire the manager. he or she is incapable. This location used to be my favorite. After today?s experience, I?ve changed my mind. Around 2pm I stopped in to order 3 bowls. While in line I could hear 2 different songs playing. 1 was from the Chipotle speakers and the other was from a workers?playlist. The playlist belted out a ton of curse words. I watched as the staff worked. It appeared to me, it was difficult forthe front line workers to hear the orders being placed. Finally it?s my turn. I ordered 1 bowl to have double meat with 2different meats. The server was not happy when I mentioned she was not giving double meat and that she was giving half 1 meatand half the other meat. As a frequent customer I was aware double meat was extra. We intended to pay extra. The same serverappeared to have an attitude with me after. After reaching home. It appeared the same server put extra spicy sauce on all 3 ofmy orders. 1 bowl was meant for my children. Now we have 3 bowls with extra spicy sauce which none of us can enjoy. $40 down thedrain. We are very disappointed. The Server was an older women who wore a homemade clothe mask. Just FYI, I tried calling thislocation 3 times to speak with a manager but no one answered. So here I am. A man appeared a few times during my wait wearing ablack chef?s shirt. I?m not sure if he is the manager. The service I received today was unacceptable.
The whole store is just nasty. Food leftovers on the tables, dinning floors. The kitchen floor is covered with foot stuff. The employees dumped my rice chicken and beans, salad and tomato?s like garbage in my bowl. I should have just left the store but Iwas shocked and needed time to process. When I got home I just dumped the food. It?s just unbelievable that anyone just go there.
All tables dirty. We had to clean up a table and quickly have food. No forks. Good service. Custom menu.
Every time I visit a chipotle, I go in hoping it’s better then the last time. This visit was absolutely the worst. My husband and I went in together but ordered and paid separately. The “girl” that was taking the initial part of the order was very dismissive of me. I ordered the new brisket and there was maybe to scoops left. I knew my husband was going to order that also and asked if the had a fresh batch coming out (I knew there would be because I saw a cook in the back chopping up fresh brisket) I asked to wait for it and she completely ignored me. As my bowl continued down the line I saw it looking worst and worst. When it was my husbands turn to be helped, she was to excited to help him. She got fresh ingredients out and started chatting him up about the weather! So disrespectful!
$15 bowl I ordered and picked up and this is what they gave me. Used my gas there and back was starving and this is the 6th time they messed up. I love the salads from other chipotles this location is struggling. Long lines, employees on phones while others hustle and look overwhelmed. Who’s managing this place?
