I find it pretty aggravating, as this is the closest Panda to my house (about 35 minutes) so when I want it, I can't just sit down and eat it, and by the time I get home, my food is cold. I would get it if it were actually an issue across the business, but the one in Arnold is open, so it seems like it is just that they don't want to pay enough people to work in the lobby. Frustrating!!
