This little Sushi bar has some of the best sushi I have ever tried. It is fresh, and there is a huge variety to choose from. They offer a mini buffet or a 'endless buffet' (the first including 12 pieces of sushi at 19E, the second being an all you can eat sushi buffet at 39E). The chef continuously makes fresh rolls and brings them round the tables and you can choose which ones you want (he explains the ingredients). The visual aspect really adds that special something to the dining experience since the rolls look amazing and colourful. The staff was extremely friendly, especially since we visited with our 2 year old, and the place doesn't really cater to small children. The restaurant is open only on the weekends. All in all a great place to have the best sushi in and around Stuttgart!
I went to this restaurant without much expectation, but came out pleasantly surprised by the quality and taste. Though I'm not an expert in Sushi, I can say this much that the food was fresh. The food was certainly a bit expensive, but I have never eaten cheap but good sushi. The ambience had a Japanese air to it, though I was surprised to know that the Sushi bar is only there during the weekends and the place operates as a Tapas bar during the week.If I'm in the region, I would go again to this place.
The chef created a moaki board — consisting of gurke, carrot, plucked radishes, snow pea, green bean and avocado (padded) — after learning that I was vegan, as only set boxes are usually available at midday. pleasant to the eye as well as to the palate, it included a part of the seatangsalate, which was delicious and sinful, not prenaturally green. Please note that the mistsuppe is not even vegetarian.
