Contribute FeedbackI've visited this location twice. On my first visit, they forgot some items from my order, and I had to drive back to get them. During my second visit, I ordered three servings of chips with queso, but all three bags of chips were stale and tasted at least two days old. I realize now that I should have written this review after trying all the food. Unfortunately, everything was disappointing, not just the chips. The next day, I ended up with stomach issues.
I haven't ordered from Chipotle in a while, and I was surprised at how small the portions have gotten. I'm not sure if this is the new standard or if an employee was just a bit stingy. Since I ordered online for pickup, I have no way of knowing who made my food. Perhaps next time I'll order in person. On a positive note, the young man who handed me my order was very friendly, and it was ready when I arrived.
Soda machine was watered down, there were no lids for cups and the place where the utensils are held was filthy. Used to love coming here but it’s gone down hill. The employees ignored the requests.
No Rice, no Corn and the guac was very dark. Disappointed in this Chipotle. What’s going on here? The servers were super slow and I was the only one in line.
I really love Chipotle, but this location is definitely the worst I've been to. The food and meat are consistently subpar, and the place is usually understaffed. The workers seem to be in a rush, and food ends up being tossed around everywhere. They're almost always out of something when I visit, and I can usually anticipate that happening.
