The large fries were only medium-sized, and there was no ketchup included in the bag.

However, after waiting for 20 minutes, they handed me the exact same incorrect order again. When I went back a second time, they told me they were out of the ingredients needed for my original request. Once more, I left with the wrong order, and to make matters worse, the chicken was falling apart and undercooked. What a frustrating experience!
