Always busy but they get you in quick. The food never disappoints! Melt in your mouth prime rib! Parking is usually full and the only place to park if you have a trailer is across the street. Definitely worth the walk and the wait. View all feedback.
What Regan E Bartko doesn't like about Texas Roadhouse:
Mom of 4 and pregnant with our 5th and was craving a good salad. Up until today I had nothing negative to say until one of the employees stole my wallet! My husband and I sat at the booth (the one by itself) closest to the bar. When we left, I accidentally left my wallet and came back WITHIN 25 minutes of leaving, for THEM to even CONFIRM no one else had sat at our booth since we left aka that leaves no one other tha... Great food and service! Looking forward to my next steak at this outstanding restaurant!!!
This place unfortunately has not been very enjoyable lately. Today we received another tables food upon sitting down. Our waitress put in the table number wrong and didn’t bother to change it. We continued to be delivered other people’s food throughout the entire meal. However, we did receive our salads before our drinks and was only given bread after we asked for it when we finished our salads. We ordered 3 meals and 2 out of the 3 were cold. The mac and cheese is terrible. It’s noodles with cheese sauce poured over it and they don’t even mix it. It was also grainy, like reheated mac and cheese. The fresh veggies were rotting and the baked potato was black inside it. I don’t recommend this place and i don’t think we will be back to this location.
My husband and I came for lunch today. He enjoyed the steak. I ordered jack cheese mushroom chicken sandwich and specified the chicken and onions on the side because I am vegetarian and would get sick if my food touched the meat. I was nauseous 15 minutes after I left the restaurant. When the meal came, the cheese, mushrooms, and chicken were on top of the bun. I talked to the waitress and told her the chicken must be separated from the rest of the food or I would get sick. My meal came out the 2nd time still had the cheese, mushrooms on top of the chicken, but in a separate plate. I told her again the meat must be separated from mushroom and cheese. I suggested her to make a new batch of mushroom and cheese, but she came out with the meal in just a few minutes . The 3rd time the meal came with the chicken in separate plate, but she slam the plate on the table with attitude. I wasn’t happy with this kind of behavior. I ate and left feeling I shouldn’t be treated this way as a customer just because I had special respect to separate the meat from the rest of the food. I was nauseated halfway on the way home. I thought about it that she might just scoop the mushroom and cheese off from the chicken regardless I told her multiple times I would get sick if I ate food touched meat. I hope you would give your staffs some training to customers special requests for food allergies and be respectful to customers requests.
Ordering steaks, especially if you hand pick one tends to be over cooked. I've had steaks come back well done when it was asked for medium rare. Waiting staff tend to forget about your table. If the kitchen staff can make a really really good medium rare steak then I would change my rating to 4 stars.
Visited with my family on the 4th of July and we were served by Sherry. She was very friendly and helpful. We ordered a few things to go at the end of our meal and the kitchen took a while getting them done (it was very busy so understandable and not an issue but she never forgot about us and brought them out as soon as they were done. Thank you so much :
