I always enjoy the burger whenever I visit this restaurant. However, they should provide ketchup for their customers. Additionally, there were no hand sanitizers available for diners to use before eating their burgers with their hands. View all feedback.

Door says open on a Saturday until midnight but was locked shut and a single employee inside cleaning wasn’t responding at all when asked through class store front if they were open or not, at least 10 other people arrived to try and get in to buy food when I was there for around 20 minutes so store was clearly losing business due to staff wanting to shut early View all feedback.

Whether it 's fine weather or fowl, this beautiful chicken restaurant is a must for any would be lover of quality food served by staff who honestly are so smiley they could be extras in the Truman Show, or at the very least on a lot of diazepam. I was surprised that such a restaurant dedicated solely to chicken deep-fried in batter and chips so floppy (just the way I like them) and other poulet goodie could even exist, yet alone thrive. Yet thrive it does and with good reason. I had the zinger tower box meal deal with coca cola and to say it sated my overwhelming appetite is an understatement of gargantuan proportions. The chicken was crispy, juicy and with just the right amount of spice to zing my pallet, the hand cut organic fries were as limp as I 'd like, salted enough to make my heart skip a beat and the icing on the cake/zinger meal was the coca cola, sugary, watered down perfectly and drunk with gusto. The ambiance of the restaurant was also sublime, decor on point, couples arguing at the payment counter and teenagers with spots and sweaty brows from hard graft as waiting staff all added to the phenomenal experience I had here. I 'm running out of superlatives to explain my delight at this food and restaurant experience so I 'll leave it with this, just you keep on going KFC, because you really clucking know what you 're doing. Bravo.
Awful, cold ,dry and they always seem too forget bits that you ordered. Shocking. Look at the state of that wrap . Never again
Not exactly busy but took a full 20 minutes to get my small order, and overheard the guy in front saying the same, meanwhile in his 20 min wait they had ran out of something in his order,meanwhile, unapolgetic staff who dont appear to care Tables and floor filthy, chicken bones everywhere no paper towels in holder, deliveroo/uber eats drivers clogging up the till area blocking customers from ordering and generally getting in the way of real life, in the flesh customers. Only one digital ordering point working Hadnt been in here for weeks as they had a sign on door saying mobile ordering/loyalty codes not working on their tills. Wish I hadnt bothered today. Oh, and the food. cold. watched my burger sit in hot rack for about 12 mins before it was eventully thrown at me, I would suggest this place either sorts the staff out or hires bouncer to protect them as people wont tolerate them too long
Went to kfc sidwell Street to treat my grandson. Wait time wasn't bad. Unfortunately that was the best part of the visit. Chicken was dry and barely warm. We decided to eat in. It was absolutely freezing in there. Colder than outside. Ended up leaving and leaving most of the food too. Would definitely not recommend, it was colder inside than it was outside

Busy restaurant can be waiting along times for orders staff could look tidier
We ordered a bargain bucket for delivery and were disappointed when it arrived without the chips. We ordered two items, chicken and chips, but only received one. This experience was incredibly disappointing and we found it to be completely unacceptable.
Every time I buy 9 chicken wings, you only give me 6. Are you not good at counting, or is there something wrong with your eyes? Idiot
Great staff at the end of their shift very helpful and food was yummy
I recently visited one of the best KFC locations I've ever been to. The supervisor on duty, a young lady named Ferzana, was absolutely fantastic. The Colonel himself would have been proud of her service.

This restaurant is situated in a beautiful location and offers the standard quality you would expect from a KFC. However, the restroom was closed, which was a bit inconvenient.
