The donuts were fantastic. The cashier was very pleasant, but the older lady assisting was rather rude. She began tossing donuts into our box without inquiring about which ones we preferred. It felt like we were a burden to her.
I placed an order through the app for pickup at the drive-thru. When I approached the speaker to inform them about my order, the employee responded in a very loud voice, asking, "Yes, what do you want?" I began to say, "Mobile order for—" but was quickly interrupted with a curt "Yes, yes, yes, come inside." Although we arrived within the last hour of their operation, I didn't expect to be rushed like that, especially considering they have a set closing time. When we got to the window, a woman handed us our drinks while laughing in a condescending manner, saying, "Yes, it's closing time," as she passed them to us. It's hard to express how poorly we were treated, but I can assure you that I will not be returning.
