Lady taking the orders at the window is very rude. Kept asking me to wait then repeat my order. Got the sides all wrong. Rolled her eyes at me when I asked for the right sides before I got the food. Checked the food before I left and one side was missing. Went in to get it fixed and the window lady looked at me and rolled here eyes again . When someone finally brought me the missing side she stopped them. Then came over and tried to argue with me thinking I said they were the wrong sides. She realized there was a missing side then finally gave me the missing side. Receipt says her name is Alice. 12:01 on Monday. Ticket#1329..... should not be working with customers with that attitude.
I went out to eat with a good friend because I didn't feel like cooking. We met Joe, who was working the register that day. He had amazing customer service skills and made us feel like we were old friends. We chatted for a while before placing our order, and it felt like a big day for all of us!
I had to write a review today because the last 3 times I’ve gone through the drive thru at this location my order has been wrong! It’s very irritating to get home and you didn’t get what you ordered!
Hailley was very friendly and assisted me with my order even though it was close to her closing time. The food was delicious. Thank you, Hailley!
Grabbed some lunch here and it was very good.
