Harrison was the greatest server we have had in a while. We drove to des moines to find an off the wall spot and found The Angry Goldfish with a quick Google. We came to visit from the name alone, but then there was Harrison Timely, cordial, and very good looking chap. Your place and staff are amazing. Worth everycent in gas and food. Took a chance on this place since we had to drive on about 40 minutes. Loved it! Good food and great service.
I wish there was a half star option because this place deserves a 4.5 star rating. Would of been a 5 star if the frys where just a little crispierbut they still tasted good and were well seasoned. I got a PBJ burger with bacon and egg. Which was a little extra but it added to the flavor of it all so definitely worth it.
I was told by the bartender that the pot roast dinner was the way to go and it did not disappoint. Very cool place.
Food was good, drinks weren't too bad but too small for the price.
Beer and a shot, beautifully seasoned burger, comfortable interior.
