We were in Iowa for a family event and what better way to finish our time than breakfast at a family diner. The staff was more that attentive and friendly and the food was tasty. I was not prepared that the omelette would be on the smaller size. Short on egg. Big on filling, though. Good either way,! View all feedback.
What Traci Nelson doesn't like about Maggie's D:
Breakfast was good but DON'T ask to substitute a pancake for toast, they say sure, but don't tell you it's an extra $4 charge. Another guest at our table did have toast but it was served burnt, without any appology. Fortunately the guest was ok with charred toast. No complaints otherwise. View all feedback.
Great little dinner with a great history. We stopped in for breakfast and so glad we did. Eggs bacon cinnamon rolls everything was on point and price friendly. Sure hope the current owners find a good replacement so they can retire and keep the legacy going. Till next visit thanks for the good food and service
