Despite a few tasty subs and ample vegetarian options, this sandwich shop struggles with inconsistent service and a tense atmosphere. While some staff members are friendly and efficient, management’s harsh attitude and employee demeanor cast a shadow over the experience. Issues range from incorrect orders and forgotten drinks to concerns about hygiene standards and staff professionalism. The store’s accessibility and parking are convenient, and the building is comfortable, but customer service often detracts from the visit. Overall, the food quality is decent, yet many patrons are deterred by the poor management and unfriendly environment.

I love the subs. I went there tonight, and the guy serving me, Robbie, was very nice, but he had long hair down to his shoulders hanging all over his face. I asked if he was required to wear a hairnet, and he said no. I didn’t feel comfortable with him making my sub. This seems like a health department issue.
I ordered a ham and cheese sandwich with lettuce, tomato, pickles, and banana peppers online. Instead, I received one with cucumbers, onions, spinach, green peppers, and pickles. The only correct topping was the pickles. I got this on my lunch break and didn’t have time to return it. It was such a waste of money because I had to remove all the wrong ingredients and ended up with just ham and cheese!
It was just okay. I would have liked to see more mayonnaise, but that was my only issue. They were definitely short-staffed; the larger guy in the back mostly appeared to be busy, while the girl was managing all the orders on her own!
I found out that the two employees were married, and they were both very friendly. The man seemed to be relatively new to the job and appeared a bit nervous, which caused him to input my order incorrectly. I had a coupon for an $8.99 foot-long sub meal, but I ended up paying $12.07. I decided not to bring up the mistake since he was trying hard, and the restaurant was quite busy with customers.
Horrible service, manager is a miserable douche, half his employees look high while working which is mind blowing. Store was a complete mess, maybe one day HQ will look into that mess of a store.
