Finally in September, I had an opportunity to enjoy a fantastic lunch of Queso Ramen with Chicken at this quaint ramen spot. I sat at the bar chatting with Peter, the restaurateur. A very outgoing gentlemen that encouraged me to try the Queso Ramen. At first, I was a little hesistant but, after the first taste, he was right...goodness, we he right!!! Paired this with a roasted coconut water to hydrate for mezcal, later in the day. If you happen to be in Ensenada and decide you'd like something different than the fantastic birria, empanadas and street tacos, give this place a try. You won't be disappointed.
