This last time I tried a chopurrito with cilantro lime dressing and it was so good I got another to take home for (a couple) dinners.

Even though I'm from Oceanside, I regularly make the trip to Encinitas just to grab salads and Chopurritos from here. My favorite is the Santa Fe Chop, but there are plenty of options and they frequently add new choices, including salmon and other proteins. Don’t miss the warm Chopurrito—filled with rice, beans, lettuce, and six toppings. There are several bowls to choose from, all incredibly tasty! If you don’t see something you like, no worries—they’ll happily customize a salad or bowl just for you. Everyone is welcome at Chop Stop! You can order online for pickup or visit in person to chat with the friendly staff. Please open more locations—we definitely need more places like this in North County! Until then, I’m happy to keep making the drive to Encinitas for fresh, healthy food at Chop Stop.

He ordered the Chef’s Chop from the menu and declared it the best salad he’s ever had—he’s definitely coming back! The food is excellent, the staff friendly, the service fast, and the restaurant clean and family-owned.
