On 09/10/22, my bowl had more lettuce than rice and beans. I ordered two bowls for my mother and myself, but after seeing how little they served today, I had to take some from my mom's bowl.

Then th... read more This 8891 Queens Blvd NY is one of the worst place. The service was the worst in terms of preparing food. They want to serve as little food as possible. Then they changed extra for a quarter spoon of meat when the first spoon was about half of the spoon to being with. So Chipotle Corp is cheap and over all management is HORRIBLE.

Just because it?s the last day of the year I?m not going to write her name but I really think staff should be trained on how to interact with customers. She plated the food like someone was forcing her to do it and her attitude was really bad. Even though there was nobody behind us when we sat in line she was rushing us to order and piled up the food like it was garbage. She barely put any meat inside and for my plate she grabbed a handful of salad and throw it in after she put the guacamole I?m guessing because she couldn?t wait for her coworker to finish with the customer in front of us.We love chipotle but this place unfortunately left a bad ?aftertaste ?

The soda machine was not dispensing the selected drink, the trash cans were overflowing and the tables were dirty. The chips were very hard, almost non-edible.
