Employees do not even bother to care to double check, the food is never hot, you are always going to miss something within your order! They are not worth going to. I'm on the edge of wanting to call corporate or ask to talk to a manager to fix this problem. This needs to be acknowledged by employees, management, and the owners. Fix It! I will not continue to come back if this continues.

However, during my visit last night (April 5, 2024), it was virtually inedible. There was hardly any white meat and the texture was so tough that I couldn't chew it at all! I’m not sure if you’ve changed suppliers or if someone new is handling the chicken, but it was really awful. It honestly made me question if it was roadkill. We usually dine there at least once a month, but after this experience, I doubt we’ll be going back! I didn’t return it since we live 11 miles outside of Elko.
