Mcdonald's - Elk River

If you like it when employees are mean to you, this is the place for you. I stood by the register for around seven minutes and multiple employees looked at me without saying anything, and finally when someone approached me they didn't apologize for the wait. Our food took forever too, but the food was fine. Im not sure her name but someone who looked like they were a manager was especially rude.

I mean, you constantly have issues at this place. An I actually just recently got off the phone with corporate. Go in there for 2 cheeseburgers, a kid's meal.And I can't remember what the other meal was they make my cheeseburgers a meal and totally didn't ring up the other ones. I told corporate that better training is a must have. They're putting brand new people in drive through and front counter unsupervised which you're not supposed to do that. I've actually trained people when it comes to working in fast food and you're supposed to train on front counter and not leave then unattended. They are beyond rude when you they mess up your food is over priced garbage we come for the convenience to have it be a inconvenience ???

Everytime I come here they can't get my order right. And served with so much sass. I ordered on the app for curbside. They gave me the wrong sandwich.

So bad. Food was so cold and tasted like it had been sitting under a warmer for hours. Didn’t eat any of it. Shake was just milk. Workers were so confused. Got food we didn’t even order.

Doesn't matter if you come when they're busy, or when they're dead empty- this McDonald's is always a mess. Workers will glare at you, food is usually cold and takes longer than any other location, and they usually mess up orders.
