The wait time on the phone to place an order is excessive—15 minutes, 20 minutes, even 30 minutes is just too long. In my opinion, this is a clear loss of business, and I'll be looking elsewhere.

Cold beer, great burger, and fries. The atmosphere was pleasant—what’s not to love? Just what I needed.
