We were a bit worried that we might have picked a bad day to visit when two busloads of high school band students showed up right after we placed our order. However, the staff handled the situation exceptionally well, and there was no delay with our meal. It arrived hot and fresh. Great job!
I typically like Whataburger, but this visit was not up to par. There were only four cars in the drive-thru and just two people ordering inside, yet it took 27 minutes to get my #10 with extra pickles and extra mayo. To make matters worse, the extra pickles were all crammed into one small area of the sandwich. I won’t be returning to that Whataburger.
I dined at the restaurant on Thursday night (November 17, 2022) and suddenly realized that I couldn't find my wallet. I felt terrible, so I knocked on the window to apologize and asked if I could cancel my order. The incredibly kind gentleman responded, "Don't go anywhere." I offered to pay with a check, but he reassured me not to worry about it. His kindness was truly remarkable. In the end, he gave me my food, and I was genuinely touched by his generosity.
The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful—thank you all! And of course, they serve the best burgers ever!
9:30 PM, August 28, 2022 – The drive-through service was outstanding! The customer service was spot on, answering all my questions and informing me about the specials. Seriously, this team deserves a raise! Their warm and friendly attitude truly made my day.
