Whil... read more I placed a takeout order last weekend, and they informed me it would take 7 to 10 minutes for pickup. However, we ended up waiting 45 minutes for our food. While one burger was hot, the rest of our order was cold. I spoke with the lady on duty, who mentioned they had a lot of large orders to handle. I also spoke with the owner, who explained that they were short-staffed. We ended up with over $30 worth of cold, mushy food, and I was really disappointed that no one took steps to resolve the issue.
