Description

Cured in Edmonton, Alberta specializes in three things: wine, cheese, and cured meats. The cured meats are of the highest quality, the artisanal cheeses are carefully selected, and the vegetables are sourced locally. In addition to a vast selection of over 50 wines, there is a wine bar onsite where you can get expert guidance from the staff to find the perfect pairing for your meal. Some examples of our cured meat offerings include duck rillette, cold smoked salmon, wild boar kabonosy, prosciutto, and spicy calabrese. Our cheeses are available by the ounce, with popular choices such as ricotta, 7-year aged cheddar, and 12-month manchego.

We really enjoy this hidden gem. Great food. Brunch is great on the weekends as well. Nice open atmosphere for couples. Modern decor!

Everything was great. Service, food and drinks. Our waitress was knowledgeable, and outgoing and we couldn't have been happier with her recommendations. The restaurant is small, but extremely chic and comfortable. I loved the room. In addition to our meat/cheese boards, we tried the chicken wings. And brie- both Delicious!! The short rib had more fat then meat, so I don't think we'd order that again. But everything else is worth returning for.

My first thoughts were a beautiful room and a server that was knowledgable and attentive. That changed in about 5 minutes. She forgot the olives that she sold us on. Our platter was missing one of the meats we ordered. I could see her on her phone in the kitchen several times when the bartender seemed to be taking care of her guests for her. Then she told us about an amazing smoked creme brûlée which we ordered. Unfortunately she brought out a completely different dessert with churros and marshmallows. Her response to this was 'just try this one it's good. I won't charge you. I can't change it the kitchen is closed.' Right after that the Chef came out of the kitchen and sat at the bar with her to have a drink. It was clear that we were cutting into their party time. The food was ok but not amazing. Likely won't go back
