However, they were very polite and we got there in the end. Would definitely return.

The service was friendly, the coffee was at the perfect temperature for the chilly weather, and both the sandwich and coffee were delicious. It was a pleasant surprise to find such a gem during a quick search for breakfast.

Normally, I order an iced americano, but this time I decided to try their new biscoff latte. When I received the drink, it was white and lacked any coffee flavor. I asked if there was coffee in it, as I had been to a place before that served flavored lattes without coffee. I was assured there was coffee in the drink. I mentioned that it tasted like milk and they offered to add an espresso shot, but then wanted to charge me extra for it. I informed them that they did not inform me of the additional charge before adding the espresso. They remade the drink without the espresso shot and gave it to me for free. Although this decision cost the restaurant around 5 pounds, it was a wise managerial choice. I observed the remake and noticed that the full shot of espresso was not added because they had miscalculated the amount of milk in the drink. In the end, only half a shot of espresso was mixed in, resulting in a lack of coffee flavor. Despite this, the second version had a slight coffee taste in the first few sips. If you don't mind paying for a milk-heavy latte with minimal coffee flavor, then this is the place for you.
