Pizza Hut - East Saint Louis

This place stinks, the staff are always high, which is why food takes hours to get rid of every employee who has a treat in their circle of drugs. I ordered and it took 2 hours for delivery I live 4 blocks away and my quoted time was 35min. Terrible

Like everyone else who treated this place said. IT F?N SUCKS. I had delivered my order and forgot my order of the wings. When I called who answered the call, she just said on the way and hanged before I could even finish my statement. My pizza was barely finished, the wings were boiled and SAUCELESS, and my p?zone was not completely boiled. And to date it from the delivery driver, just with my change. I think everyone who says all these idiots smoke and get up. What?s sad and fascinating at the same time is almost EVERY food place I eat? ve eaten in this area gives you a problem with your food. The few I didn't have gave me any questions. But this place is ridiculous.

I love the pizza hat in Cahokia! You have great customer service. The store is really clean. And the employees are always beautiful and smiling. I wrote a negative review a week ago. It was directed exclusively to the call center, not the Pizza Hut and Cahokia. The store manager called me today to get out and was very apologetic about the situation. That speaks volumes to me! Pizza Hat Rocks

This place sucks! Will be awhike till I order from them again... I waited 2hrs for my food and when I called the first time after I was done with the call I called back and it wouldn't let the call go through but called back on my boyfriend's phone and it worked just fine... People don't even care when u call either. Of course pizza is cold now since it's been 2hrs yay.
