Bruegger's Bagels In Brookl - Blaine

It’s not really NY-style or good quality. The bagels/breads are essentially what you’d find within a gas station fast food stop or your frozen foods section at the grocery store. It’s a disgusting bagel holding flavorless mush, and it’s overpriced for that. There are a few other places to get breakfast food nearby that are much better quality.

It seems like it’s gone downhill from what I remember. Very tiny bagels with ok taste and I think they forgot to give us one of the bagels we ordered. It was just disorganized and messy. Bathroom didn’t lock. If you’re desperate for food fine but if you have a choice go somewhere else.

I personally like this place...but it's a store that sells bagels. Most of the people who work here are nice...but they're over worked. I've spoken to some of them and they say that when it gets really busy it's a tough place to work. They also don't make much...I think they rely a lot on tips. It's a tough way to earn a living. But I do like their bagels. I live in the area and I am near this location almost every single day. I don't go in it every day but I walk by basically every day. It's a nice area. Busy, but nice. Coolidge Corner. It doesn't get much better than Coolidge Corner in Brookline.

The older white gentleman was rude to me and I also think he may have been under the influence of something. Usually love coming to Bruegger’s but it’s going to be a pass on this location.

Some focus on basic customer service would not go amiss here. No eye contact, no hello, just a grunt of “ what would you Like”. Bagel itself is ok, turkey is low quality.
