Cajun Meat Market - Houma

Most disgusting and disappointing cracklin and boudin what a waste of money Someone please teach these people how’s the right way !! Cracking are soft , and I was told they were made fresh hmmm NOT and the boudin is just rice and dry !! I don’t recommend this place at all !!!

Even though I don't eat pork.. they have a variety of chicken turkey items. I LOVE the deviled eggs!!!! I went in looking for different foods to bring back to our home in Alabama for Easter. Everyone (else) loves the Smoked Boudin. I'll be back as soon as I can get back to the Houma area!!!!

I was super excited to get a Boudin king cake from my 35th birthday. I drove from Amite Louisiana to Houma. Which is about a 2 hour drive. I ordered the pork boudin king cake with pepperjack cheese and pepper jelly on top, cold. Because the cake was for the next day. When I picked it up. It was warm. With everything on top which made it hard to reheat. I was extremely disappointed... the boudin had NO flavor. The French bread had NO flavor. There was so little pepper jelly on top. I threw half in the trash because after one piece, no one would touch it. I will not be making the drive out there again. And I paid 40 dollars!
