There have been many positive changes that have improved the overall experience at this restaurant. The staff is more attentive and the menu has been upgraded. The late night drive thru attendant Stretch is amazingly entertaining and a delight to speak with over the drive through speaker. They're upbeat personality made a very long and bad day less painful.
I hadn't been to McDonald's in a few months and was tempted by their advertisements claiming to have the best burgers. Unfortunately, it wasn’t as impressive as I had hoped. They added onion powder to their onions for an extra kick, but that hardly made a difference. After ordering and paying at the touchscreen, I waited about 10 minutes for my meal: a double cheeseburger, fries, and a Sprite. During that time, I watched drive-thru customers get their orders while I sat waiting. When my food finally arrived, the burger was lukewarm, and the fries were cold and undercooked. The kitchen was loud, filled with chaos, and the employees seemed completely uninterested. I couldn’t understand why I was given a table tent number when they didn’t bring my order to the table. If (which is highly unlikely) I ever decide to come back to this location, I’ll make sure to go when I’m not starving so I can order a hot, fresh burger and fries and see how long it takes them to get it right. If they charged based on food quality and temperature, I would have only paid about $5 today—thankfully, the Sprite was perfect.
Really should find managers that know how to deal with customer service . Horrible attitudes on the am shift . In there every morning for the last year .. after this morning I’ll start going to burger king .. Hire employees that don’t need to holler at your customers ..

It feels like the restaurant may be trying to discourage customers from using the app or taking advantage of deals.
I had a great experience at this McDonald's. The food was excellent - fresh, hot, and delicious. However, the customer service could use some improvement. It would have been nice to receive a proper greeting and a thank you when paying, instead of just being handed our bags without any acknowledgment. Good customer service goes a long way in making customers want to come back again.
