After 2 hours of sitting, the main course arrived at the table. We got 2 bowls of fries for 8 people. After indicating, they said that this could be ordered for free. This was served when everyone had finished their main course, and what 's more, these fries were raw. An error was made during checkout and we had to pay for another table. Another calculation error was made during the calculation. Because of this experience we will not return to Moellies

Perry de Moel considers himself the king of Havenplein, with its almost weekly parties and noise pollution. And the fact that the entire street now hates him doesn't bother him. No, of course, the clientele who fill their wallets do not live here and are therefore not bothered by the endless noise that continuously comes from Moellies. Nowadays, Mr. de Moel takes every possible opportunity to play music as loudly as possible (even the European Championship is now being exploited), including 5000w amplifiers that are simply placed outside as if he were at a fair. It is crazy for words that every time the weather is nice and something is organized at Moellies, we have to sit here with all windows, doors and even air vents closed just to have a little peace and quiet!! What people on the street below do not realize is that these shopping streets are so poorly designed that in terms of acoustics they work like one big echo chamber. In other words, Moellies' parties can not only be heard streets away, the sound is even amplified. Every time there is a party there, the windows here vibrate in their frames! But every invitation to come and listen above is of course ignored. And for everyone who is now thinking: people, move... Yes, we have been working on that for years! It's not that easy. And by the way, how crazy is it that we have become so overwrought over the years because of the antics of one entrepreneur that we have to move in the first place! Let Moellies find another location, I say!! Mr. de Moel, your lunchroom (not a disco) is located in the middle of a RESIDENTIAL AREA. This is not an industrial estate, it is not even a catering centre. The fact that it happens to be a shopping street does not change that. Shops are only open 8 hours a day and close at a reasonable time. Your restaurant originally did not even belong in the zoning plan, and to make matters worse, you do not even stick to your own opening hours. Why can't you just take the local residents here into account, at least half of whom are seniors? Every complaint that is filed is simply ignored. And don't think there's any point in knocking on the door of the municipality, because Perry only has friends there. We, the residents, are not taken seriously in any way!! Every time a party is thrown at Moellies, everyone above flees. You literally drive people away from home and hearth and spoil our living enjoyment. Most people are afraid to complain because they feel intimidated, but believe me, we are all done with it!!!!!
