When I complained to the manager, he simply said, "I'm sorry, that's all we can do." To make matters worse, they forgot to cook the fries.

This was my third visit and the first time I had an amazing older gentleman se... read more I would like to recognize Melanie for her exceptional service at this restaurant. This was my third visit and the first time I had an amazing older gentleman server who was very attentive. The second time, I had a woman with short hair who was not attentive at all, giving me very bad service. I was hesitant to return, but on my third visit, I unfortunately had the same server with blue hair and experienced more bad service. Luckily, I saw Melanie running around attending to guests and asked her for help as my server kept forgetting things. Melanie stepped in with a smile and no hesitation, making sure I was taken care of. Unlike our server, Melanie checked on me regularly and truly went above and beyond. I believe Melanie is a valuable asset to your team and deserves recognition and a raise for her outstanding service.
