The schnitzel is great and the steak with cheese amazing! The potatoes croquettes also are great and French fries outstanding! The tall blonde gentleman that serves you is the most kind and charming person and also the owner that works undercover, so beware!The desserts are my fave part but this was outstanding, it's a fried crepe with a vanilla sauce and vanilla ice cream! Ufff uffff!The treat of the night that you can't miss was a home made liquor with pear and schnapps served hot. Great place to visit and a repeat a few times! :)

The glowing reviews I briefly checked online had me expect a posh restaurant, but it wasn't. It is a normal restaurant, not outstanding, but not bad either. My Cordon Bleu was a bit on the dry side, but generally good, along with a generous portion of fried potatoes. The service was good. All in all, the Stadewäldchen appeared to be average.

We were welcomed and led to the Tash and were delighted by the ambience of the house. The waiters were also very accommodating and always had time for a nice conversation. The map was not as beautiful as the rest but it is just a passing map until the new map is created shared man with us. The selection of dishes was very large and still everything was clear. My husband decided on the recommendation of the waiter for beef livers that was really tasty touch thin sliced fresh roast potatoes and I had chosen Cevapcici where you really tasted and also saw that they were homemade. The price-performance ratio was true and so it was a beautiful evening for me and my husband, because we then end up in the beautiful beer garden after which the sun showed up with a beautiful beer.
