Very friendly service boss Food at a high level, top quality Ambience stylish and with atmosphere We tested the Swabian cuisine at Labsal based on a recommend... read more Very friendly service boss Food at a high level, top quality Ambience stylish and with atmosphere We tested the Swabian cuisine at Labsal based on a recommendation and were extremely satisfied. A starter of spelled flatbread with lentil hummus was a taste highlight (even though I don't like eating hummus), the main courses can't be found in this form or quality anywhere in Dortmund . Everything fresh, traditional with modern touches. There was also a small but fine menu and great wine accompaniment. The boss Flo is super friendly and available for a chat, you felt very comfortable. Two comments, 1. You can't expect Swabian cuisine in the form in North Rhine-Westphalia at Swabian prices and you can park very easily at the FZW and walk 4 minutes to the restaurant. We'd love to come back!
