The food was amazing, the staff was friendly, and the view was breathtaking, making for a lovely atmosphere. The only downside was that I brought my daughter here for her birthday, but unfortunately, none of the outdoor activities were available. I think that's just the way it is in September, as they seem to be open only on weekends. On a brighter note, the fried green tomatoes are absolutely incredible!

The service was outstanding, the food was delicious, and the ambiance was delightful. There’s a small arcade for kids to enjoy while they wait. Additionally, they have an outdoor sandy area with cornhole boards set up for some extra fun. The fried green tomatoes were exceptional, and my wife ordered the grilled jumbo shrimp, which she found very flavorful and would definitely order again. I had the fried snapper, and it was fantastic. My son chose the mac and cheese, and he polished off every bit—considering he’s not a big eater, it was more than enough for him.

Wow! Everything was incredibly tasty! My daughter sampled the fried green tomatoes and declared them the best she's ever eaten. I enjoyed a fantastic shrimp quesadilla. The view was stunning, and the restaurant had a lively atmosphere. Our server was outstanding! If I return to Destin, I will definitely come back. There's a delightful little spot for kids to play in the sand, and I saw an arcade that older children (around 9 and up) appeared to be enjoying, though we didn’t get to try it ourselves.

Lulu's offers a lively atmosphere with tasty drinks and good food. After renting a pontoon from Okaloosa Island and spending the morning at Crab Island, we cruised over to Lulu's for lunch. We were able to dock right at the water’s edge and walk onto the sandy area leading into the restaurant. Arriving around 12:45, we waited about 30 minutes for a table during the lunch rush, even though it didn’t seem too crowded. The kids enjoyed playing in the sand and the fountain of youth, although there’s limited shade, so we mostly stayed inside the restaurant. The gift shop was a lot of fun, and everyone found something to buy. The food was above average, though a bit pricey for the portion size. Shown here is the Crab Melt. Cocktails cost about $10 each and were very well made. We would definitely return and recommend Lulu's to others.

Lulu's is a charming family restaurant featuring a gift shop and a beautiful water view. The open-concept dining area can get quite warm since there’s no air conditioning, but plenty of fans and a refreshing breeze help keep things comfortable. The staff seemed tired in the heat but still provided excellent service. Live music added a wonderful touch to the atmosphere. It was too hot to eat anything heavy, so I chose the shrimp tacos and tortilla chips. The tacos were decent but felt like they needed something extra—I improved them with Lulu’s hot sauce and salsa. My friend had the Greek shrimp salad and really liked it. I’d definitely return, but prefer to come on a cooler day, perhaps in early spring or late fall.
