It's just really annoying ordering here because of how hot it gets inside even outdoors on an 80+ degree day is cooler than inside this store. I feel so bad for the employees, you can't stay there 10 minutes without feeling nauseous

Awful service, I went on the drive thru and order a few drinks, I needed to order more but they shut the screen on me so I figure “I just add it at the window “... read more Awful service, I went on the drive thru and order a few drinks, I needed to order more but they shut the screen on me so I figure “I just add it at the window “, well not, the girl said I couldn’t add more items at the window instead I needed to pick up my coffees and drive around and order again or go inside, of course all this was said to me in a rude way, then she literally smashed the window in my face.I’m never going back to this place although is the closest to where I live, I rather drive a little more and go someplace they actually care about customers.

The drive through is sometimes out to the street and while inside is bustling they're on top of things! I expect an oops here and there because literally everyone has them but they always correct it. This world is not an easy one to deal with the way the public has become more frustrated and impatient and the people at the front at the window and register are subject to abuse they don't deserve. Kudos to my favorites there they often make my day and not just with my coffee! And the manager who is so delightful!
