We ordered smoothies made with their smoothie mix, but they ended up being mostly just that mix with very little actual fruit. As a result, they tasted more like a milky beverage with an odd aftertaste.
To be honest, Nrgize Lifestyle Cafe feels like an unnecessary addition to LA Fitness. It’s frequently closed, and the only time I found it open was just five minutes before closing. When I asked for a smoothie from the menu, the staff member refused, saying she had other priorities. If the café isn’t going to be properly staffed, why have it inside the gym at all?
