For a distance of on... read more Order placed at 5:50 PM (2 pizzas). At 7:00 PM, nothing had arrived. Only after inquiring were we told we'd have to wait another half hour. For a distance of only about 10 km, this is simply unprofessional. No information, no apology, no solution. Just made us wait. This kind of customer service is unacceptable. A delivery service that can't manage its own delivery times shouldn't be accepting orders. Never again.
