The service w... read more In this small restaurant on the corner of Ave tullumayo and Av Garcilaso. Was not sure what to expect, but I saw “bbq” and knew it had to be good. The service was fast as normal for Cusco. I ordered the well highlighted “Alitas BBQ” and had 0 regrets after I finished my entire record! Bones in chicken wings, served with a small fresh vegetable salad and whole small potatoes made the perfect dish. The wings had a Cajun Ruck taste and were crushed in sauce. The dish was made with a special sauce, the hints of ranch and onion and garlic on the side. I immersed my seasoned potatoes in it for the perfect combo. Recommended for all my friends - we are all back for Happy Hour as well:

It was fantastic and included rotisserie chicken, a huge pork chop and two types of sausage with fried potatoes and fresh salad. It was awesome. You should try it!!!!!!
