It is very central, about 100 meters from the cathedral. has a wide menu and 15€ more iva. has a large dining room and terrace overlooking the surrounding environment. if you go in group, it is recommended to make a reservation.
My boy and I went to eat at this restaurant and I saw many flaws that you have to take into account when deciding on a restaurant or another and not fixing in appearances. This establishment was the worst decision we could make, we were charged for two cups of ordinary wine 7€ it seems to me that being wine from the house is a very abusive price, I do not recommend it for anything and the scarce food and we order two and the joke was for 63,64€. We're not coming back.
Without words, I don't doubt your good kitchen, more, I recommend it, now the manager leaves a lot to want, you take away the desire to eat and appreciate so viandas, but, of course, if that lord follows that behavior, bad way they carry, I'm sorry but, I wouldn't advise my worst enemy.
Exceptional Stay, Disappointing Dinner Service The exceptional service and wonderful food I experienced at the restaurant last year made me decide to stay here on my return to Cuenca. Thank you very much for the complimentary upgrade to the twin room with a view. The view from Room 13 is truly stunning! I stayed for 3 nights. The room was clean, very comfortable, and the front desk and housekeeping staff were all very kind. I absolutely loved the accommodation! However, my high expectations for dinner were not met. The service started with a language barrier, as the waitress could not find my reservation. I tried hard to guess what she meant, and eventually figured out she was asking for my room number. When I said 'thirteen, ' she couldn 't understand, so I showed her my room key, and she finally got it. The meal itself didn 't seem as good as last year; I didn 't even finish the bread. Finally, when she asked what dessert I wanted, I replied, 'No, thanks. ' She actually responded with a high-pitched 'NO!? ' Her reaction was very rude. Every country has people who like and dislike desserts, and her response was completely unprofessional. She also did not smile once the entire time. While I understand she doesn 't speak English, a smile is an international language and the most basic requirement in the service industry. I don 't speak Spanish, but I made an effort to smile throughout our entire interaction while trying to understand her. I was originally looking forward to dining here for my entire stay, but this experience made me unwilling to return. However, I might have to thank her, because I found another hotel restaurant that was absolutely fantastic. I even asked the waitress there to make a reservation for me for the next day. That waitress also didn 't speak English, but she kept smiling and trying her best to understand me.
