Biwon is our favorite Korean BBQ restaurant in the city. We try and come back every time we visit Mexico City. Service is always good, an endless supply of Soju and several flavor options. We always do the BBQ at the table which has never disappointed. The side dishes that are included are typical Korean, and never lack flavor. Their red salsa and Kimchi are always wonderful. We typically order another dish or two including the Ramen, which is always good, but the BBQ here is what shines. They also have some very good Ice Cream options for dessert, my favorite is the Corn Ice Cream which is served in a Corn Husk, and the Coconut Ice Cream which is served inside a coconut shell. We love Biwon and will continue to return!

I began coming to Biwon several years ago and after the first visit I was hooked. Biwon is always on my must visit restaurants when I come to Mexico City. We were 4 people and ordered the main meats which included 4 types of meat; arrachera, pork belly/bacon, ribs and another cut. It was great. All the sides are so delicious. We had a could additional platters as well with the veggie and egg mixture plus a pasta. The meat is served and you cook on your own grill in the middle of the table which also is part of the enjoyment. We thoroughly enjoyed. Service was great as was the food. I highly recommend and can’t wait till I come back.

The place is cozy just next to Reforma. It was a new and awesome experience. You can cook the meat at your table with coal. Try de Gogi Set for tasting different cots. For a better experience I recommend sharing ;
