There was someone just sitting at the counter an... read more I took my family of six out for dinner. It was 7:45 PM and we were waiting in line, but no one acknowledged us. There was someone just sitting at the counter and when I asked for assistance, I was ignored. I'm not sure what was happening, but it was dinner time and my family and I were being neglected. The service was poor as they seemed to be only focused on the drive-through.
