At first the service was acceptable, although the young guy seemed a bit flustered. But we ordered an extra sandwich at the end of the order, saying exactly what it should have on it. Twenty minutes later, we reminded them about the order, and again ten minutes later. The third time the young guy yelled “I’ll be with you in a minute!” Five minutes later we asked for a refund, and finally got our order, although the y... View all feedback.
Service is terrible and the food was disappointing, the only thing good was the interior.
Super rude staff. They yell at customers and roll their eyes. They also screw up orders and then get mad at you when you tell them. Terrible customer service. They also swear at customers for thinking before ordering. Made a customer go to the back of the line because she was thinking about her order. They are super rude. They are extremely slow as well. I would put zero stars if I could. DO NOT EAT HERE!
My mom and i came in because we had a coupon, buy one six inch sub get one equal or lesser value free a free 20 oz drink. it says it right in the coupon. as soon as we come up to the counter (no one else is in line the lady working immediately told us it was going to be a minute because they had just opened up at 9 (it was 11? she was by herself though so were patient. she asked what i wanted i told her i was going to do a number 3 without the veggies and she immediately says “im going to have to charge you for a steak and bacon since you don’t want the veggies” okay? every other subway i go to i order it that way cause its cheaper that way but again, whatever no big deal. my mom says she wants the same thing, and she turns around and goes “what bread?” and my mom tells her the same thing, and she turns around again with attitude this time and says “maam i have to ask for clarification” lol okay… an alarm goes off in the back she takes a very big annoyed sign and storms back there. at this point my mom and i are just kind of like okay… we get it you’re having a bad day. she comes back and asks about our veggies etc we get the subs and my mom goes to pay, and she says the total is $17.08 with the coupon. my mom pays but looks confused and looks at the receipt after getting our food and sitting down and she gave us just the drink for free lol. my mom asks her about it and the lady is clearly very annoyed at this point telling her “well when i rang up the coupon that’s what the machine says is free” anyway, the food was fine, the drink machine was either out of syrup or set to have barely any in the pop, and the customer service was awful. won’t be coming back. and crookston subway you owe my mom $8 lol

This was my first time coming here and right off the bat the worker Auddie spoke very aggressively towards me and snotty I don’t even know who she is? So I was confused and baffled at the same time. Food was amazing atmosphere was ok other customers smiled as I walked by. DONT TAKE YOUR OWN ISSUES OUT ON US CUSTOMERS we are just coming to eat lol ! One other thing I asked for a specific cheese then quickly changed my mind for auddie to say “are you sure” in a snob tone, contradicting? Yes I’m sure lol
